Safer Dancing Guidelines 1995
The Safer Dancing Guidelines were produced with the backing of the City Council, so had teeth. The principle was simple: regardless of the moral or legal position of drug use, it was a reality that had to be dealt with, so the priority should be the safety of those young people who were using drugs in a nightclub setting.
